YHG1型冶(ye)金設備標準液壓缸(gang)
Y-HG1型(xing)(xing)冶金設(she)備標準液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang),為雙作(zuo)用(yong)單活(huo)塞(sai)桿液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang),缸(gang)徑從40~320mm共有17種規(gui)格,額(e)定(ding)壓(ya)力(li)為16MPa,可(ke)以(yi)帶緩(huan)沖裝(zhuang)置。該系列(lie)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)有13種安(an)裝(zhuang)連(lian)接(jie)型(xing)(xing)式,除軸(zhou)向腳架式外,安(an)裝(zhuang)連(lian)裝(zhuang)尺寸均符(fu)合(he)ISO6021/1-1981的規(gui)定(ding)。活(huo)塞(sai)桿端螺(luo)紋亦符(fu)合(he)GB2350-80的規(gui)定(ding)。適用(yong)于工作(zuo)溫度(du)為-30C~+80C,工作(zuo)介質為液(ye)壓(ya)油,乳(ru)化液(ye)的冶金設(she)備(不適用(yong)于磷酸脂)。

缸筒和缸蓋

零部件加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du)的(de)(de)影響問(wen)題,在液壓(ya)缸的(de)(de)制(zhi)造過程中(zhong)應嚴格控制(zhi)缸體(ti)內壁(bi)和(he)活塞(sai)桿(gan)表面加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精(jing)度(du)(du),特別是幾何精(jing)度(du)(du),尤其直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)是關鍵,在國(guo)內加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)中(zhong),活塞(sai)桿(gan)表面的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)基本(ben)上(shang)是車后磨(mo)(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue),保證(zheng)直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)問(wen)題不大,但(dan)對于(yu)(yu)缸體(ti)內壁(bi)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),其加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方法很(hen)多,有鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)-滾(gun)壓(ya)、鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)-珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)、直(zhi)(zhi)接珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)等(deng),但(dan)由于(yu)(yu)國(guo)內材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)水平較(jiao)國(guo)外有差距,管材(cai)(cai)坯料(liao)直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)差,壁(bi)厚不均勻、硬度(du)(du)不均勻等(deng)因(yin)(yin)素,往往直(zhi)(zhi)接影響缸體(ti)內壁(bi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du),因(yin)(yin)此建議采用鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)-滾(gun)壓(ya)、鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)-珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),如(ru)直(zhi)(zhi)接珩磨(mo)(mo)(mo),則(ze)必須首(shou)先提高管材(cai)(cai)坯料(liao)的(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)線(xian)度(du)(du)。
